Description:

The Wet Sandy Irrigation Project included the installation of a diversion dam, de-silting structure, regulating reservoir and the construction of approximately 4.5 miles of 14 inch HDPE pipeline to service the irrigators in the Anderson Junction area of Toquerville Town. The pipeline replaced an existing open canal system known as the Peter Anderson ditch or Wet Sandy ditch through properties administered by the U.S. Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management.
