Description:
Alpha Engineering assisted Kanab City in the preparation of their original Capital Facilities Plan (CFP) and impact fee analysis and has also completed several updates to the CFP. The capital facilities plan included analysis and preparation of a storm drain master plan, culinary water master plan, wastewater master plan, transportation, public safety, and parks and recreation. Population estimates were evaluated and build-out population was estimated from current zoning and general plan. Facilities were evaluated for build-out capacity and recommendations made for needed upgrades. Cost estimates were prepared for future needs and a proposed impact fee schedule was prepared.
