Alpha Engineering was tasked with plotting and verifying the existing power line easements along the existing lines from Quail Lake Reservoir to Riverside Drive. Numerous easements were found to have erroneous or incomplete easements that could not be verified. We were asked to prepare new easements and exhibits for at least 60% of the properties along the power line alignment for recording.
